Our March 2025 - June 2025 are fly in trips to the majestic Dusky Sound. Trips are over 6 days. On day 1 you’ll enjoy a scenic helicopter flight from the Te Anau region to Supper Cove in Dusky Sound where you will be welcomed aboard our Vessel. On day 6 you will depart the Vessel with a helicopter flight from Supper Cove, Dusky Sound to the Te Anau region. While onboard we will explore the waters of Dusky and Breaksea Sound including Wet Jacket Arm and the Acheron passage. Previous trips have enjoyed fishing for Hapuka and Bluenose out wide, chasing Bluefin Tuna in season and catching Blue cod for a feed. Fordland offers amazing diving and previous groups have been rewarded with Crayfish and other bounty’s of the sea.
Our crew prepare 3 meals per day taking advantage of your freshly caught catches. Previous guests have enjoyed our meals onboard with many taking note on how to make the dishes as they watch the food being prepared.

Activities.
Cruise through the majestic fiords and take in the remote scenery. Activities are somewhat endless, previous charters have enjoyed freediving, scuba diving, fishing (deep water, Tuna, Kingfish, Hapuka, Cod, Trumpeter all weather and season dependent), hunting (pre planned permits required), photography and wildlife watching (dolphins, seals, seabirds).
Pricing
The charter fee for the entire vessel is $34,000 incl GST for your group of up to 8 guests (if you are splitting evenly over 8 people that’s $4,250 per person incl GST).
This price includes the Helicopter transfers from the Te Anau region to Dusky Sound.
What’s included.
Our trips include 3 meals per day, all bedding, guided use of our tender, fishing gear. If required, groups will need to supply their own snacks, alcohol and drinks and dive gear. A full breakdown is supplied when discussing your tailored trips with us.
